History: Maria was made in a factory like most toys, shipped to a store, set on the shelf while awaiting purchase. It wasn't to long a time before she was either, around a week since she'd been put in the store a young woman with black styled hair had come by and picked her up before taking her to the register. Afterwards she was driven to the woman's house where she was wrapped up in some sort of paper. Maria didn't know how long she was in there, but she knew that the day after being wrapped she'd been driven out to a new building, an orphanage, where she was kept for a while, until one day when she was unwrapped by a small girl with blonde curly hair. Since that day the girl had carried her everywhere, and gave her a whole ton of attention. The only time Maria was ever out of sight from the girl was when she was sleeping.

One time another girl, who had short brown hair had set her eyes on Maria, and made to take her from the girl. The girl most certainly noticed though, and fought to keep Maria in her hands as the brown haired girl grabbed for her, they ended up pulling and tugging but in the end Maria's owner was stronger and tugged her away from the brown haired girl, who earned a good smack from the girl using Maria as a weapon once her hands were off her, too. But then this ended in tears because Maria's head smacked on the brown haired girls head at just the right angle for her left eye to fall out and get lost, as well as have her nose indented into her face. When the girl saw this she rushed Maria right over to the caretaker, who took Maria from the girl after seeing this and brought her to a craft store where she found a new eye in the right size eye, but it was the wrong color. Either way the caretaker bought the extra eye, because there weren't any other colors, and brought Maria back to the orphanage where she put the new eye in and returned her to the girl. Who couldn't be happier to see her favorite toy repaired.

As time went by and the girl grew up Maria wasn't carried around as often, she was kept on a shelf until the same girl from a long time ago picked her up, except she was a teenager now and was bringing her down so that she could be sold at a yard sale to help raise funds for the orphanage. A strange man had bought Maria at the yard sale around the evening and she was taken to his home. The next day the man took her to a lab where experiments were done on her and she was eventually shrunk down, alive and tested on. But there was one problem, from the whack on the other girls head a few years ago, not only had her eye popped out, but now from her nose being indented in, she couldn't smell anything anymore. And Maria had to survive this place without a sense of smell.

The testing Maria went through didn't oblige to her handicap either, the first test she went through was the classical mouse maze with cheese at the end. Maria started out the test with the uncertainty of getting out, and as she ran around the place she found lots of dead ends. In the end Maria attempted to climb up the side of the wall to get out, but it was useless, it was to tall. So after that she just walked around endlessly until an exit came into sight, and even that took a while. Just before Maria had found the exit she felt like falling down and crying, but she kept going, she wasn't going to show the scientists that she was weak. After about six hours or so of running around looking for the exit had eventually found it, and rushed to get out of there, rejoicing in the literal cheese that the scientists had placed there for her to follow the scent of, as they were unaware of her defect. The rest of the tests were similar to the first, and it was pure torture for Maria, though she was getting better at them and her stamina had grown since the first, so she didn't tire as easily. But Maria still wanted to get out, and was slowly losing hope on doing so. Until she noticed some other live Pokemon toys were escaping, and when she saw this she made a dash for it, being one of the first out of the wretched place.

Hobby(ies): Taking walks alone, seeing new sights, taking risks every now and then by doing thrilling activities, competing, playing rough games, and she has a secret love of taking care of children under the age of five.
